Linkpendium Peering Policy

1. You MUST already have one or more full nonbinary feeds from a Top 1000 rated server.
   
   
2. You MUST be using Cleanfeed or some other filtering method to provide an outbound feed reasonably clean of spam and binaries.
   
   
3. You MUST be able to keep up with a fast streaming feed; we only spool news under special circumstances.
   
   
4. You should report inpaths to Top1000.org, preferably daily.
   
   
5. You should maintain a reasonably up-to-date active file.
   
   

Having said all that, we really aren't bureaucratic twits and we'll work with any other responsible site. Send your basic site information, something like:
